Our water aerobics classes provide a friendly, fun atmosphere, in which exercises are aimed at endurance building, muscle strengthening, and improving range of motion while immersed in water. Water Aerobics is so beneficial because the buoyancy of the water puts much less stress on your body and joints.
Rolling Hills Swim Club is pleased to announce a partnership with Powerful Fitness to a offer a new, total body strength and conditioning program for the 2021 summer season.
The first sessions start on June 14th with both morning and evening sessions (Monday 11:45 am and Thursday 7:00 pm) that run for 5 weeks.
