Water Aerobics

Our water aerobics classes provide a friendly, fun atmosphere, in which exercises are aimed at endurance building, muscle strengthening, and improving range of motion while immersed in water. Water Aerobics is so beneficial because the buoyancy of the water puts much less stress on your body and joints.

We will be offering deep water aerobics classes in 2019 beginning with an orientation. Complete class schedule information will be available in late May.

Typically, classes will follow this format: 10-12 minute warm up and stretching, 30-minute continuous cardio, 10-minute arm and ab targeting, and 5-8 minutes cool down and stretching. The workouts can be as intense as you make them and everyone works at their own pace and abilities, so it's perfect for the beginner or experienced water participant.
