Membership Information

Thank you for your interest in Rolling Hills Swim Club. On our website, please find information about our pool, our swim and dive teams, and our many  social events planned for the 2010 swim season.

The Board of Directors and members of Rolling Hills Swim Club are proud of our fine facility and can boast that we are one of the largest swim clubs in the area.  We  continually maintain and update our pool providing for a safe, clean environment to enjoy. 

You will find in the linked Membership Packet the following documents: Rolling Hills Swim Club Amenities, Membership Options, Membership Application and  Bond Payment Agreement.  If you are ready to join, please complete the Membership Application and Bond Payment Agreement and return them to the above address along with your check.

If you would like to tour our facilities to assist you in making a decision regarding membership, I encourage you to attend  one of our Open Houses which are scheduled for Friday, May 21st from 6-8 pm & May 23rd from 12:00-4:00pm.  Attending an Open House is a good way to meet some of the Board or Directors as well as our swim and dive team representatives.

If you can't make it to the Open Houses and are interested in becoming a member of the Rolling Hills community, please call or e-mail me. I will be happy to provide you with information over the phone, send you an information packet and arrange for a private tour of our Club.  Our Club is in West Springfield, located on Carrleigh Parkway near the intersection of Old Keene Mill Road and Rolling Road.  (Detailed Map).

In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our members, Rolling Hills maintains a membership ceiling. Applications received after that ceiling is reached are placed on a wait list.  So, if you are thinking about joining, please don't delay.  Opening day will be here before you know it!
